Omelle uses FedEx for delivery and offers standard ground service and standard overnight service for all domestic orders.
You will be contacted by email with a FedEx tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Orders placed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 pm PST will begin processing that day and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders processed after 1 pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Omelle does not offer weekend delivery and is unable to ship to military APO/FPB addresses as well as P.O. boxes.
Omelle will apply 9.75% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California.
Omelle insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until the package is delivered to you. All orders require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Omelle and transfer of responsibility in the same way. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully for damage. Try on your merchandise indoors to ensure it fits properly, taking care not to scratch or scuff the product.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The additional taxes are not included in the shipping charges we will quote you. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Omelle, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Omelle will not falsify the cost of goods for international orders to circumvent customs and duty fees. Shipments marked as gifts will also display the estimated value of the goods.
If an international package is refused upon delivery and returned to Omelle, the customs and shipping costs associated with that return will be debited from the customer's refund.
