RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Omelle accepts returns or exchanges on merchandise within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Your merchandise must be returned new and unused. Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage. We will not be able to accept your return or exchange without it's original packaging. The shoe box must be shipped back to us in an outer box, as it was originally sent to you. Any returns with damages to the product or it's original packaging may be refused, sent back to you or could result in a fee. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable and omelle does not cover your return shipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD shipping cost will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your web order# in your shipment along with a completed RETURN + EXCHANGE FORM. Simply follow the instructions on the form and include it in your box. We suggest you ship your return or exchange to us using an insured shipping service to the below address. Omelle is not responsible for anything we do not ship ourselves, and can not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged good while your package is in transit. Once your return has been shipped please email shop@omelle.com the tracking # of your package.


If you are exchanging the product for a new size of the same shoes you originally ordered, please email shop@omelle.com to be sure the new size you desire is available. If you desire to exchange your shoes for a different shoe style in full, we will refund your original purchase and will charge your credit card for the new item requested. We can not guarantee that your size will be available until your original merchandise is received, and you will be contacted if there is any additional problems.

REFUNDS

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return and refund your credit card. Please note that your bank may require additional days to post this transaction to your account before you may see the credit.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received your merchandise as a gift, you may exchange it for a new size or return it for an omelle gift card credit. If you are exchanging the product for a new size only, please email shop@omelle.com to be sure the new size you desire is available. If you desire to exchange your shoes for a different style, we will issue you an omelle gift card credit which can be applied to any omelle virtual boutique purchase. Your gift card is not redeemable for cash. If you are not using your gift card for an immediate exchange, the card will be mailed to you USPS within 5 days after your return is completed, and you should receive it in the mail 7-10 days later.

SALE MERCHANDISE

Sale merchandise may be returned for an omelle gift card store credit or an equal exchange of the same shoe for a different size. If there is a balance due on your new style exchange, please include a method of payment on the RETURN + EXCHANGE form for us to charge your account in order to ship the new shoes. In most cases colors will be treated as different styles, therefore we can not guarantee that the same style in a different color or material is of equal value at the time of your return or exchange.
